According to reports, we're going to get a decision on the Keystone Pipeline.
Analyst Dave Lutz of Stifel Nicolaus has some super-quick reaction.
While just the environmental report, one has to expect it will have some ultimate impact on approval, since the left holding it up is beholden to environmental interests - A positive report would weigh on WTI (More Oil coming in), but possibly benefit the Pipeline Cos - At the expense of the DJ trans - We r moving a record amount of Oil by Rail due to lack of approval. The other spin? Approval VERY negative for that Oracle in Omaha (Long BNI, moving a ton of Oil)
